I was fortunate enough to stumble upon equine therapy during a difficult time in my life, and it completely transformed my outlook on life. One of the most profound aspects of equine therapy is the deep bond that can be formed between humans and horses. Horses are incredibly intuitive animals, and they have a unique ability to sense and respond to human emotions. They can mirror our emotions and provide us with valuable insights into our own feelings and behaviors. Equine therapy also taught me the importance of mindfulness and being in the present moment. Horses live in the present moment, and they can teach us to do the same. When we are with horses, we are forced to let go of our worries and distractions and focus on the here and now.
